The first company that serviced our phones helped move the system to our new building. They said we couldn't get a dial tone on our phones because of the way the phone company set up the service.

We continually had problems and couldn't get certain features to work. When I contacted Pro-Action they were on site within a few hours and their technician turned on our dial tone, fixed all the configuration problems and we were back up to full operation. Months of being told it couldn't be done and Pro-Action fixed everything in a matter of hours.

After that, Pro-Action continued to service our phones and have since installed another 15 line phone system with voice mail in our second office, Worthington Jet Service. They have installed paging systems, expanded our existing phone systems twice, run network cables and even cordless phones.

I can say with certainty we will never use anyone but Pro-Action, Period.
